What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, company, work email, phone number and information about your event. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and the type of device used.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver workshops, and keep in touch about your booking. We use analytics data to improve this website.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us by our form provider, Web3Forms. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside Australia. We never sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing contact@robertswood.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
